Schlotzsky's

Schlotzsky’s is a fast-casual restaurant chain known for its freshly baked sourdough bread and signature sandwiches. Founded in 1971 in Austin, Texas, it originally gained popularity with its "Original" sandwich.

One of My Favorite Design Days

I recently had the chance to work with Schlotzsky's during a Design Day. Like many businesses, they were navigating challenges after COVID, especially when it came to staffing. I created hiring flyers for them to display around the restaurant and also designed a new chip sign for their drive-thru to help improve the overall customer experience.
