The Web Agency Summit is the largest virtual event in the agency space, bringing together over 5,000 creatives, from solo operators to global brands. I stepped in to lead the social media strategy and ad design, ensuring this massive 6th-annual event stood out as a must-attend experience rather than just another webinar.

Convincing swamped agency founders to pause client work for a virtual event is never easy. With so many summits promising “game-changing” secrets (seriously, there's a million of these things), we had to truly stand out.
Our ads and social needed to reflect what makes Web Agency Summit different. It is not just sessions, it is interaction. Live Q&A, direct access to speakers, and meaningful networking.
Instead of focusing on the work itself, WAS focuses on everything around the work- client acquisition, scope creep, AI-powered workflows, and running a healthier agency.

The Strategy
We ditched the corporate playbook for a high-energy, community-first approach. To cut through the noise, I leaned into guerrilla marketing and "vibe-coded" content that felt like entertainment rather than an ad. We launched interactive games about the agency struggle to act as viral touchpoints, turning relatable pain points into direct CTAs.
To maximize reach, I turned the entire company into a force multiplier. By leveraging every team member’s social account and sharing raw, behind-the-scenes POV content, we built a level of authenticity that paired well with the ads we did run.
